Own multi-channel content and community engagement for home design, turning technical into human stories and building a loyal audience across social and offline touchpoints.

Content & Community: Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Email, Website, Blog, Printed materials, and Events; grow into Pinterest and TikTok.
Storytelling & Engagement: Write from scratch, repurpose ideas, reply to comments, engage with renovation/self-build communities, designers, and online groups.
Optimization & Brand Voice: Turn technical details into clear guidance, learn the brand voice quickly, and escalate or tailor tone per audience.
