Job Summary

Own the ThriveCart community voice with day-to-day governance, audience care, and cross-team collaboration to drive engagement and product-aligned content.

  • Community Management: moderate, host events, and sustain a welcoming environment.
  • Brand & Content Governance: ensure every post stays on-brand and surfaces product updates.
  • Feedback & Insights: surface themes to internal teams and coordinate launches with campaigns.

Job Description

  • Community Management: Actively manage and engage with the ThriveCart community daily.
  • Brand Governance: Serve as day-to-day brand guardian for all community content, ensuring on-brand voice and messaging.
  • Communication & Transparency: Share product updates, roadmaps, timelines, and key dates with the community.
  • Content Translation: Translate internal information into clear, customer-friendly posts.
  • Public Voice Consistency: Ensure the community is informed with clear, empathetic communication.
  • Event & Webinar Facilitation: Plan, host, and moderate webinars, tech-ins, and community sessions.
  • Coordination & Execution: Coordinate agendas, speakers, follow-ups for smooth execution.
  • Live Engagement: Engage attendees during live sessions and drive post-event discussion.
  • Feedback & Insights: Gather feedback and surface themes to internal teams.
  • Understanding of brand and community management in SaaS or digital products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–5+ years in brand, community, marketing, or communications roles; SaaS or digital products preferred.
  • Experience moderating or leading an online community (SaaS, ecommerce, or creator-focused products preferred).
  • Exceptional written communication; ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling; consistent voice and audience awareness.
  • High attention to detail, organized, proactive, and able to own communication without prompts.
  • Calm and confident under pressure; able to give feedback respectfully and collaborate.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity; designing and deploying AI agents to automate tasks.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents to automate repeatable tasks; ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions independently.
