Job Summary

Own a school marketing engine with end to end plan delivery, image and content production, and performance reporting across digital channels and publications.

Own: execute annual and termly marketing plans in collaboration with the MCM, coordinating across activities and departments.
Proactively manage photography, video assets, newsletters, social posts and website/news updates to support campaigns MailChimp.
Analyze digital metrics (web, social, referrals) to drive improvements and plan next steps.

Job Description

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager (MCM), successfully deliver the annual marketing plan and detailed termly plans through digital support
Attending School activities to take high standard photographs, and photo editing
Managing the school’s listings on external education directories, maintaining partner relationships and ensuring all submitted content is accurate and aligned with brand standards
Maintain the library of School photography and videography to ensure availability of images suitable for promotional activities, advertisements, website use and publications, and manage the database of non-photo consent
Undertake marketing tasks as requested by departments across the School and the MCM, including creating, designing and branding PowerPoints, digital portfolios, slideshows, providing images, event programs, updating documents, etc
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity, including external listings and referrals
Prepping photos into social media posts for use by the MCM
Uploading photographs to Estream so they may be viewed by parents on the School’s portal
Acting as an assistant on videography and photography shoot days and events
Creating two weekly School newsletters via MailChimp

Requirements

Hold a relevant higher education qualification or have previous digital marketing experience
Possess previous experience of social media and other digital marketing platforms
Previous experience of Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, WordPress or iSAMS is desirable
Photography and photo editing experience is highly desirable
An eye for design and acting as brand guardian is important
Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
Training will be available for the successful candidate
Prioritise workload effectively
Offer insights and generate ideas with practical application
Work collaboratively with others in order to achieve practical results

Preferred

Previous experience of Google Analytics
Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
WordPress or iSAMS is desirable
Photography and photo editing experience is highly desirable
An eye for design and acting as brand guardian is important
An interest in photography
Good creative judgement, with an eye for photographic selection and an appreciation of graphic and typographic design
