Job Summary

Own the path to expanding Marketing Effectiveness with MMM and Media Experiments by shaping activation plans, guiding sales and proposals, and turning client impact into credible, differentiating stories.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and activate opportunities to grow MMM and Media Experiments adoption, supporting sales teams with strategic input and expertise.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand Marketing Effectiveness capabilities and prepare high-value RFIs and RFPs.
  • Champion Marketing Effectiveness solutions across internal teams and with clients, showcasing impact through stories and thought leadership.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across teams via bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions to build capability and drive performance.

Requirements

  • Proven sales success in securing large MMM / Marketing Effectiveness programs, with experience leading high-value pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Previous experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles focused on MMMs and Media Experiments.
  • Deep knowledge of media evaluation, with the ability to apply insights to real-world client challenges.
  • Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, with a clear point of view on media strategy; experience presenting at events or webinars is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools; hands-on experience in proposal development is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is required, German language a plus
