Job Summary

Own partner onboarding, activation, and growth initiatives to drive expansion within a coach ecosystem, while coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to optimize activation and retention at scale.

Onboarding & Activation: Lead sessions for partner cohorts and coach community touchpoints to accelerate value realization.
Partnership Growth & Community: Drive workshops, events, and local meetups that expand the partner network and engagement.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate on growth initiatives and operational scaling to improve activation, retention, and expansion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

running onboarding and activation sessions for partner cohorts
visiting gyms, events, and partner locations
hosting coach workshops, coffee mornings, and community meetups
supporting partnership launches and growth initiatives
identifying opportunities to improve activation, retention, and expansion
helping explore and develop future partnership opportunities
collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership on customer growth initiatives
helping shape how FITR scales customer growth operationally as a business
