Own client relationships and delivery across employer brand and recruitment marketing, lead PMs, and drive structured, scalable delivery that supports forecasting, account planning and growth.
- Responsibilities: Build and sustain strategic client relationships across a portfolio and act as senior escalation point.
- Responsibilities: Lead high quality delivery on employer brand and recruitment marketing projects.
- Responsibilities: Line manage and develop up to 4 Project Managers alongside fellow Client Leads.
- Responsibilities: Bring structure, clarity and rigour to ways of working and delivery processes.
- Responsibilities: Support forecasting, account planning and commercial growth opportunities.
- Responsibilities: Champion collaboration, innovation and best practice across Client Services.
- Responsibilities: Contribute to pitches and wider agency growth initiatives.
- Responsibilities: Act as trusted partner for clients and internal teams.
