Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the founder to build an integrated brand & marketing strategy across all functions of the business
Driving growth across wholesale, trade, retail B2B, D2C and ecommerce
Owning brand positioning, tone of voice and creative direction
Managing a £1m marketing budget
Acting as the lead on go-to-market for every new app feature, product launch and campaign
Growing the Marketing Team to build out a full stack marketing solution
Diversifying from socials and Meta, developing non-digital marketing channels including PR, print media, TV, Radio and podcasts
Introducing new brand guidelines, geared towards lifestyle
Building trade marketing assets and campaigns to support supermarket, health food shop, warehouse club retail store and gym clients
Developing joint promotions with sporting clubs
