Lead and coordinate EW capability planning and integration across campaigns, representing the EW Air Domain operator in cross-functional teams, and shaping training and briefing materials while building trusted customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships.

• Provide advice on planning processes and offer insight into new or novel EW capabilities.
• Represent the EW Air Domain operator within Integrated Campaign Teams and Integrated Project Teams.
• Support development of effective training strategies for novel EW capabilities.
• Lead the preparation of briefing materials for introducing new EW capabilities within the EW Line of Business.
• Build trusted relationships with the customer community to facilitate feedback on current EW capabilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other Industrial Partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key technical, programmatic and commercial stakeholders across Leonardo’s Electronics Lines of Business.
• Utilise Leonardo internal procedures to ensure issues are identified, tracked, and reported to senior management.
• Provide support for marketing and communications events such as shows, exhibitions, demonstrations, and conferences as planned and directed.
• Where required, travel to key coalition partner nations and NATO to facilitate sharing of EW expertise.
