Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating, editing and sharing engaging communications across internal and external channels.
  • Supporting the delivery of email campaigns, newsletters, presentations and stakeholder updates.
  • Helping sales teams understand new processes and initiatives through training and communication support.
  • Managing communication schedules, content libraries and approval processes to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Building strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales and wider business teams.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of a high-quality events programme for clients, intermediaries and key partners.
  • Managing event registration platforms, attendee data and reporting while making sure data is handled in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Coordinating event communications before, during and after events, including delegate communications and social media activity.
  • Supporting event logistics, supplier management, branded materials and attendee experiences.
  • Providing on-site support at events where required.

Requirements

  • Marketing, events or communications experience preferred
  • Understanding of compliance and QA processes, ability to problem solve and land on processes and solutions within our risk appetite
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced standard of written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, articulate and numerate with an ability to negotiate and align with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience of working in a regulated environment would be helpful but isn’t essential.
