Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant sales
  • Plan and manage local marketing campaigns and promotional events
  • Work with the digital marketing team on social media, Google Ads, and online promotions
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, organisations, and community groups
  • Coordinate with local influencers and media to promote the brand
  • Analyse sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue
  • Promote special events such as themed nights, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities
  • Support new branch openings and marketing launches

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail marketing preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and local marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to develop partnerships and drive customer engagement
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability
