Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Information Management & Product Awareness - Regulatory Compliance: Maintain professional conduct during all interactions at authorized venues, ensuring activities remain within the legal framework for nicotine products.
  • Portfolio Information: Provide factual details on product specifications, technology, and usage guidelines as requested by adult consumers.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Oversee the execution of authorized retail programs to ensure they meet internal standards and external legal requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Age Verification - Challenge 25 Enforcement: Strictly apply "Challenge 25" protocols, ensuring age verification is completed for any individual who appears under the age of 25 prior to any discussion.
  • Legal Adherence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and full compliance with UK tobacco advertising laws, ASA rules, and the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR).
  • Safeguarding: Ensure zero exposure or marketing to minors; all activities must be restricted to verified adult nicotine users only.
  • Retailer Support & Commercial Oversight - Visibility Standards: Monitor brand presence within retail environments, auditing the compliance of gantry displays and point-of-sale units according to UK law.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Liaise with retail partners to track stock levels and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Technical Briefing: Provide retail staff with technical product information and regulatory updates relevant to the product range.
  • Reporting & Analysis - Operational Reporting: Use CRM tools to document daily activity, regional trends, and compliance audits.

Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be 18 years of age or older to work with regulated nicotine products.
  • Professional Experience: Background in field marketing, retail operations, or regulated industries (FMCG experience is preferred).
  • Communication: Strong professional communication skills with the ability to convey complex regulatory information clearly.
  • Mobility: A Full UK Driving License and a willingness to travel within a designated region are essential.
  • Right to Work: Valid and unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred

  • FMCG experience is preferred.
