Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As the Brand Media Campaign manager, you are accountable for developing and delivering media campaign plans across all key channels (including AV, digital and OOH) in line with brand media strategy, in pursuit of brand objectives, monitoring and reporting on brand and campaign performance.
  • You will implement plans and tactics to ensure that all activity and media channels are continually optimised.
  • You will develop actionable plans to drive improvements in brand media effectiveness.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the reporting process for brand performance and investment against plan (including analysis, synthesis and communication of performance insights).
  • Delivery and implementation of media strategy and campaign plans to achieve communications objectives within agreed brand media budget
  • Synthesis, distribution and ensure application of key consumer, brand and business insights across the wider team to ensure all brand comms activity is continuously optimised, including post-campaign evaluations
  • Develop and deliver media opportunities/tests with media owners, creative teams and agencies to find new routes for growth
  • Delivery of marketing effectiveness plans that drive ROMI and strategic brand objectives
  • Management of brand media spend, ensuring that all activity is within agreed budget, and variances reported
  • Manage reporting for brand marketing performance against plan, including media and campaign performance KPIs, creating and implementing actionable insights for future campaigns
  • Evaluate the success of campaigns and provide regular performance updates to key stakeholders
  • Ensure effective collaboration within a matrix team to develop and deliver brand campaign plans and optimisations

Requirements

  • Experience of, and passion for media planning
  • Strong analytical ability, with the ability to synthesise data and spot trends
  • Experience working across ATL & digital media channels
  • Ability to think strategically and optimise media plans to achieve maximum marketing effectiveness
  • A good communicator and able to work to tight deadlines and deliver within agreed timescales
  • Great relationship management skills; ability to optimise business and media agency relationships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, with a strong understanding of the interplay of media and creative effectiveness
