  • Brand and audience insight: Develop deep knowledge of target player audiences and champion the player across development and marketing.
  • Brand strategy and identity: Build and manage the brand strategy for each product, including positioning, framework, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Product truth and positioning: Identify compelling product truths, USPs, and ensure titles stand apart from competitors.
  • Insight-driven tuning: Use brand, player and market insights to help developers tune their game for impact.
  • Internal evangelism: Act as internal champion for your brands, informing and exciting the wider business and partners.
  • GTM strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies from pre-launch to live operations.
  • Campaign integration: Build integrated campaign plans with cross-functional SMEs to ensure a joined-up release.
  • Campaign kickoff and alignment: Lead campaign kickoff meetings aligning objectives, messaging and timing.
  • Asset development: Drive marketing asset briefing, creation and approval with internal and external creative teams.
  • Budget and resources: Manage marketing budgets, plans, spends and resource deployment for impact.
