Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of the skincare category and skincare campaign launches within the UK Region to further strengthen Chanel’s skincare credibility.
  • This role is accountable for engaging clients across all touchpoints and ensuring the client experience is always cohesive and compelling
  • For the UK Region, the Skincare Brand Manager, will guide and inspire the teams across the business, optimising marketing plans to nourish brand equity, maximising incremental business opportunities and ensuring campaigns are aligned with the brand guidelines and business priorities.
  • Manage the integrated marketing calendar for all Skincare campaigns to deliver objectives for the UK region.
  • Lead 360 launch planning in collaboration with UK Regional teams to ensure plans are connected and amplified across all client touchpoints achieving business and brand objectives
  • Lead forecasting and inventory management for the Region for all limited life and continuous new product launches in partnership with Commercial teams and Supply teams.
  • Budget management (Promotional and collateral budgets)
  • Market & Client Intelligence to provide in-depth knowledge of the market, with total mastery of the salient facts and the performance that drive it. Anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture & trend forecasting and customer segment behaviours.

Requirements

  • A passion for marketing and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour
  • An excellent understanding and experience of the Beauty or Luxury industry
  • A creative vision, with the confidence to validate decisions
  • A proactive, responsible and positive attitude
  • Strong planning, analytical, communication and presenting skills
