Job Summary

Own the brand and behaviour change mandate for Amnesty UK, turning audience insight into emotionally resonant campaigns that move broad audiences on human rights while delivering awareness and income growth.

  • Brand and Campaign Ownership: Lead multichannel comms and activations that translate brand strategy into measurable impact on perception and engagement.
  • Audience-Driven Strategy: Use insights to shape messaging, creative, and channel choices for broad, mainstream audiences.
  • Partnerships and Execution: Scout and negotiate brand partnerships that extend reach and resonance, while maintaining inclusive, authentic brand voice.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multichannel campaigns that strengthen AIUK brand, shift attitudes on human rights, and drive awareness and income.
  • Develop strategic, audience-centred communications to change thinking and deepen connection with AIUK.
  • Use insights and behaviour change theory to influence perceptions and behaviours around human rights.
  • Apply messaging, storytelling and creative tactics to resonate with audiences in a crowded landscape.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing Manager to bring brand strategy to life through integrated campaigns, partnerships and activations.
  • Deliver audience‑led, insight‑driven work that cuts through and motivates action.

Requirements

  • Grow and nurture a brand authentically, inclusively and emotionally.
  • Plan and deliver brand and behaviour change campaigns using insights to shape messaging, creative and channels.
  • Leverage mainstream culture and timely moments to make human rights accessible to broad audiences.
  • Plan and implement paid marketing campaigns including media planning and buying.
  • Scope, negotiate and implement mutually beneficial brand partnerships.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture with collaboration, curiosity and learning.
