Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the brand at promotional events, trade shows, and retail locations.
• Engage with potential customers through friendly conversation, product demonstrations, and sampling.
• Distribute promotional materials and gather customer feedback to help improve brand outreach.
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers by providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively and provide insights from customer interactions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand’s image at all times.
• Assist in setting up and packing down promotional displays or event equipment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader customer base.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for representing our brand authentically.
• Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings if required for specific events. Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
