Responsibilities

• Represent the company and its brand in a professional, positive, and engaging manner.
• Engage with potential customers within assigned areas, including residential locations.
• Build strong and positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Present products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Create new customer and sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Work closely with the wider team to achieve individual and company objectives.
