Job Summary

Own multi-channel marketing execution with content, events, and performance insight, coordinating assets and campaigns across channels for measurable engagement.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns, assets, and CRO alignment.
  • Events & Demand Generation: Plan and run industry events, webinars, and exhibitions to drive pipeline.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance and translate data into actionable insights for the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Create and coordinate engaging digital content and marketing assets
  • Plan and manage industry events, webinars, and exhibitions
  • Support website UX and CRO (HubSpot)
  • Own and manage social media activity across key platforms
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
  • Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
  • Support the marketing collateral, presentations, and brand materials
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support company objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing manager or senior marketing executive role
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot essential
  • Experience supporting the management of digital and in person events and exhibitions
  • Experience of SEO and LLM development
  • Understanding of social media marketing and lead management digital campaigns
  • Experience creating marketing and media assets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
