Account Executive (Marketing Agency Experience Required) - Full Time

Are you an experienced Account Executive looking to join a successful agency?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Rooster Marketing, an award-winning, full-service marketing agency, as an experienced Account Executive.

As an Account Executive, you will support the management of current clients across a wide variety of sectors. The work managed will be across all the services we offer, and you will be supported by our expert teams where needed.

You will be a hands-on Account Executive who will work with the account management team.

This role is based in our Winchester office, 3 days per week. Please do not apply if you are unable to commute to our Winchester office on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.

The Role - Account Executive

• Support the existing Account Management Team
• Help plan and join pitch and new business meetings.
• Create proposals and quotations for the work required.
• Book in projects and schedule any work required with the production manager.
• Website inputting and content management.
• Have a good understanding of online and offline marketing services we offer.
• Ensure quality and consistency of work before it goes to clients.
• Manage external supplier workflow and delivery
• Regular Zoom and face-to-face meetings on and off-site.
• Be aware of and able to identify new business and organic growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal team members, clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will have

• Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills.
• A degree in either marketing or a related subject.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing agency environment.
• Experienced in using website CMS systems, in particular WordPress.
• Hard-working and coping well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of web and digital.
• Able to work and collaborate efficiently within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
