Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of face-to-face campaigns for major national brands
- Communicate campaign messages clearly and professionally
- Observe customer behaviour and identify engagement patterns
- Track campaign activity, results and key performance indicators
- Review performance information with Campaign Managers
- Contribute ideas that could improve messaging and campaign outcomes
- Develop practical leadership and decision-making skills
- Take on additional campaign and team responsibilities as you progress
Requirements
- You may be a recent graduate, changing careers or looking for your first serious opportunity within marketing and campaign management.
- Previous campaign experience is not required because full training is provided.
- Ambitious, receptive to coaching and motivated by measurable progress.
