Job Summary

Own end-to-end client activation for shopper marketing programs, translating retailer needs into actionable plans and delivering multi-project campaigns on time and on budget.

  • Campaign Delivery: Manage shopper activations from brief to execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Performance & Insight: Leverage data to measure impact and optimise future activity.
  • Operations & Governance: Own timelines, budgets, forecasting, and invoicing across multiple workstreams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship, acting as a trusted partner
  • Own the delivery of shopper marketing and activation campaigns from brief through to execution
  • Translate retailer and customer requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Drive pace across multiple projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative and Client Leadership to deliver best-in-class work
  • Manage external partners, including artwork production, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working as the team continues to evolve
  • Use data and insight to measure performance and optimise future activity
  • Build strong knowledge of the client’s business, category and competitive landscape
  • Own project timelines, budgets and financial tracking

Requirements

  • Proven experience at Account Director level (or strong Senior AM ready to step up)
  • Strong background in shopper marketing / retail / FMCG
  • Deep understanding of UK grocery and convenience landscape
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace
