Job Summary

Own social content from planning to publishing and grow personal and company brands across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Content Planning & Execution: Plan the calendar, generate ideas, film, edit, and publish across platforms.
  • Channel Growth & Branding: Drive growth for the YouTube channel and align with management on personal and company brand aims.
  • Performance & Strategy: Track performance, spot growth opportunities, and refine cross-platform content strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing our social media content calendar
  • Creating engaging content ideas and campaigns
  • Filming prestige vehicles, behind-the-scenes content and day-to-day business activities
  • Editing videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
  • Producing short-form content designed to maximise engagement and reach
  • Supporting the growth of our YouTube channel
  • Managing content scheduling and publishing
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Working alongside the management team to build personal and company brands
  • Helping create a consistent content strategy across all platforms
  • Capturing photography when required
  • Attending vehicle collections, events and special projects when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Strong videography and editing skills
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and related software
  • Excellent understanding of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
  • Ability to independently plan, organise and execute content
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work at pace
  • Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Preferred

  • Passion for cars and the automotive industry would be advantageous
