Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own vendor-led growth
  • Take vendor plans and turn them into focused, outcome-driven activity. Make sure funding, priorities and execution are aligned from the start.
  • Drive pipeline, not just activity
  • Work side-by-side with Sales to deliver campaigns that support real opportunities and priority accounts. Focus on what converts.
  • Make vendor investment go further
  • Treat MDF as investment capital. Push for better outcomes, better alignment and better return on every pound spent.
  • Bring pace and direction to execution
  • Connect vendors, Sales and agency partners. Remove friction. Keep things moving. Make sure campaigns land properly, not just get launched.
  • Use AI and new ways of working
  • Use AI and modern tools to create, test and refine campaigns in ways that weren’t possible before. Improve quality, targeting and consistency, not just speed. Bring new ideas on how we engage partners and run campaigns.
  • Use every tool available — including face-to-face
  • Vendor days, partner events, customer roundtables. The channel is built on relationships, and the best people in this space know when nothing beats being in the room. Use digital, AI and modern tools where they work hardest, and know when a conversation over a table works better.
  • Lead with creative thinking
  • Come up with smarter ways to engage partners, support Sales and use vendor investment. Focus on ideas that cut through and deliver results, not just more activity.
  • Manage agency output
  • Keep a high bar on quality. Make sure everything delivered is clear, consistent and commercially useful.
  • Lead internal activation
  • Run kick-offs, vendor days and internal sessions that bring focus and energy to the plan. Get the whole business aligned.
  • Own the numbers
  • Be clear on performance. Pipeline, SAOs, ROI, know what's working and where to improve. Report clearly and act on it.
Requirements
  • Experience in vendor, channel or partner-led marketing environments
  • Experience running campaigns, GTM programmes or commercial execution
  • Track record working closely alongside Sales teams to drive pipeline
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners
  • Familiarity with CRM and campaign tools (e.g. NetSuite, Spotler, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • - Commercially focused, you understand how activity drives revenue, not just awareness
  • - Confident working with vendors, sales teams and partners at all levels
  • - Strong creative and innovative mindset, you see opportunities where others see limitations
  • - Comfortable using AI and modern tools to improve how things are done
  • - Able to execute at pace while staying structured and clear
  • - Strong ownership mindset, you follow things through and raise the bar
  • - Direct, clear communicator, no unnecessary complexity
