Own internal comms and social presence with a bias toward staff engagement and recruitment visibility.

  • Own social posting across platforms and monitor engagement to improve reach.
  • Coordinate Employee of the Month and Worldwide Health Calendar updates for staff awareness.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Regularly upload and schedule content across our social media platforms.
  • Create and publish Employee of the Month announcements.
  • Share and maintain updates for our Worldwide Health Calendar, highlighting key awareness days and events.
  • Engage with staff and support internal communications.
  • Assist with recruitment activities by promoting vacancies and helping attract candidates through social media.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages where appropriate.
  • Help develop new ideas to increase online engagement and visibility.
Requirements
  • Current student or recent school/college leaver.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
