Job Summary

Own regional aviation marketing from strategy through multi‑channel execution, balancing client voice with executive alignment, and tying campaigns to pipeline and client outcomes.

  • Lead regional strategy with cross‑functional and senior‑level buy‑in to shape the aviation marketing agenda.
  • Translate complex technical capability into credible narratives for enterprise buyers and aviation leaders.
  • Define and measure integrated plans (events, thought leadership, digital collateral, media) and optimize ROI with analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as strategic marketing partner to UK, Europe & India Transportation leadership.
  • Drive brand-based marketing aligned to priority accounts.
  • Link marketing activity to pipeline, work winning and retention.
  • Work closely with Client Account Managers to champion the voice of the client and articulate the desired client experience across the business.
  • Synthesize insight from clients and the market to develop marketing objectives, strategy and plans aligned to business goals.
  • Defining and delivering integrated multi‑channel marketing plans (events, thought leadership, digital marketing collateral, media relations).
  • Translate complex technical capability into compelling, credible narratives for target audiences.
  • Manage and measures activities that deliver enhanced client engagement and experience.
  • Define success measures and KPIs, evaluate performance using insight and analytics, and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness.
  • Influence across a complex matrix without direct authority.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles within a B2B environment or similar. Transportation experience preferable, or adjacent sectors.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth in complex, competitive markets.
  • Global Perspective: Ability to align regional strategies with global goals.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Strong client engagement skills, with experience in building marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive sales.
  • Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams, alongside extensive experience collaborating with large groups of technical specialists.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track marketing performance, with a strong focus on optimizing for ROI and results.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
