Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead organic social strategy and execution for a set of clients, including content planning, copywriting, asset briefing and publishing across key platforms.
  • Manage always‑on social calendars, ensuring content is on‑brand, timely, and aligned with each client’s wider marketing and commercial priorities.
  • Run UGC and influencer campaigns end‑to‑end: identifying suitable creators, managing outreach, briefing deliverables, coordinating approvals and tracking performance.
  • Build and nurture online communities through proactive engagement, moderation and smart use of platform features such as stories, lives and comments.
  • Work closely with our in‑house creative, media and paid teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure organic and paid activity complement each other.
  • Use native analytics and third‑party tools to monitor performance, report on results and make data‑informed recommendations to improve future content and campaigns.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, formats and best practice, bringing new ideas into client strategies and spotting opportunities for reactive and UGC‑driven content.
  • Support the development of junior team members, sharing best practice and helping to refine processes across our social offering.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a social media role, ideally within an agency environment, with a strong track record of planning and delivering organic social campaigns.
  • Proven experience running UGC or influencer campaigns, from sourcing and managing creators to reviewing content and reporting back to clients.
  • Confident across major social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube) with a clear understanding of what works where and why.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for thumb-stopping content, with the ability to brief and collaborate with designers, videographers and editors.
  • Some working knowledge of paid social (Meta ads and ideally other platforms), sufficient to collaborate with paid specialists and understand how organic and paid can work together.
  • Comfortable using scheduling and analytics tools and turning data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple brands, deadlines and stakeholders at once without losing detail or quality.
  • A collaborative, client-focused mindset, with the confidence to present ideas, explain rationale and build strong relationships.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client meetings and content shoots.
