Job Summary

Own social content operations for multiple brands, combining hands-on content production with trend research to fuel coherent publishing across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

  • Content production support: assist with creating and editing social assets for short-form video and image formats.
  • Scheduling and calendars: help maintain posting schedules across brands and ensure timely delivery.
  • Trend research and creative direction: identify industry movements and propose practical, on-brand directions for campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and managing social media content across multiple brand accounts
  • Support with short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Help develop content ideas tailored to different industries (hospitality, fashion, art)
  • Assist with scheduling posts and maintaining content calendars
  • Research trends and propose relevant creative directions
  • Engage with audiences across platforms when needed
  • Support the wider creative team with ad hoc digital tasks

Requirements

  • Currently studying a fashion, marketing, media, or similar creative industry course (2nd or 3rd year preferred)
  • Available 2–3 days per week (3 months)
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple brands
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, fashion, hospitality, or creative industries
  • Ability to take direction and execute creative guidance effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in output
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content culture
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred

  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools is a plus)
