Own and orchestrate a premium organic social program that grows brand reach, community advocacy, and storytelling across platforms.

  • Social strategy and platform ownership: craft platform-specific plans and publish calendars to align brand, campaigns, and audience needs
  • Content creation and creator partnerships: plan briefs with creative teams and influencers to produce authentic content and case studies
  • Community listening and performance: nurture online communities, monitor sentiment, and translate insights into action

Job Description

Social strategy: Develop and deliver organic social strategies for each platform - tailored to both consumer and installer audiences and aligned to wider brand and campaign objectives.
Influencer engagement: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and creators to generate case studies, lifestyle photography, and authentic video content that expands reach and credibility.
Content calendar: Manage and maintain a detailed social content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality output that reflects brand tone, seasonal focus, and campaign priorities.
Content creation: Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Executive, PPC & Paid Media Executive, and the in-house Photographer/Videographer to plan, brief, and produce scroll-stopping content.
Community building: Cultivate and grow engaged online communities that champion our brands, our values, and our partners.
Platform management: Oversee day-to-day content publishing, monitoring, and engagement across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms such as Houzz.
Community recognition: Celebrate our Installer Partners and customers by sharing their stories, installations, and achievements - strengthening pride and advocacy within both trade and consumer audiences.
Social listening: Monitor conversations, sentiment, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, trends, and audience insights.
Reputation & tone management: Maintain control of tone and responsiveness across all channels, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and empathetic.
Trend awareness: Stay ahead of platform updates, audience behaviour shifts, and emerging creative formats - recommending new ways to evolve our social presence.
Collaboration: Work with the wider marketing team to ensure social media amplifies campaigns, supports PR activity, and contributes to brand and revenue growth.
Performance reporting: Track and analyse key metrics to measure engagement, reach, and brand perception - reporting insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
