Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content that aligns with our mission, across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media trends and utilise insights to optimise content strategies for maximum engagement.
  • Manage online reputation and foster positive public relations through strategic communication efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Organise promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos at live events, rehearsal, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, maintaining professional communication standards.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, performers, and partners to generate authentic content

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform-specific insights to evaluate campaign success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong photography and video editing skills, (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools)
  • Passionate about community and charity work
  • The ability to communicate with people from all walks of life in a positive and friendly manner
  • Previous experience working within a marketing or communications team is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their career in social media and marketing within a supportive environment that values creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Must hold UK drivers licence and be available to attend our events in the evenings and weekends when required
