Job Summary

Own ISBA’s thought leadership and member value across media, social, influencer and commerce, guiding best practices, convening discussions, building stakeholder relationships, and representing member interests in industry initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead ISBA's work across media, social, influencer and commerce topics
  • Develop guidance, thought leadership and best practice for members
  • Convene member groups, events and industry discussions on key issues
  • Build relationships with advertisers, agencies, platforms, regulators and partners
  • Represent member interests across industry initiatives, standards and policy discussions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across an advertiser/consultant/agency background with strong knowledge of the media, social and commerce landscape
  • Strong knowledge of the media, social and commerce landscape
  • Confidence leading agendas across transparency, measurement, effectiveness, brand safety, AI and platform accountability
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate differing industry viewpoints
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, consultants, platforms or industry partners
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear member value
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine interest in making a positive impact on the industry

  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 remote)
  • Holiday - 22 days plus 5 days office closure at Christmas. Ratchets up to 23 days after 3 years' service, 24 days after 5 years' service and 25 days after 10 years' service. Plus one day for birthday to be taken two weeks either side of birthday.
