Responsibilities

  • Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Develop innovative social media campaigns that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Assist in creating multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and written posts to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and maintaining positive relationships with media contacts.
  • Monitor online conversations and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and promotional materials.
  • Track campaign results and prepare reports to measure success, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Basic understanding of public relations principles and media outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
