Job Summary

Own the social media engine from planning to delivery across organic and paid channels, with client-facing storytelling, workshop facilitation, and a hand on the growth agenda.

  • Own planning, activation, and optimization of multi platform social campaigns to move audiences from awareness to conversion.
  • Lead client and internal workshops, presentations, and growth discussions to win and scale Social Media work.
  • Mentor juniors, synthesize insights from performance data, and shape social strategy for B2B audiences.

Responsibilities

  • planning and delivery of organic and paid Social Media campaigns, drawing on a wide range of skills to delight our clients with Social Media that can drive audiences from awareness to conversion
  • Engaging with online communities and influencers, managing content in line with communication objectives, and providing clients with in-depth reports and recommendations
  • presenting and liaising with clients and colleagues of varying seniority, speaking confidently to showcase Social Media expertise, and adapting your communication style accordingly
  • Support new business activities: Work with Media and client services teams on the creation of content that can be used to win new business
  • Client growth: Support with the creation and selling of new Social Media propositions to client teams
  • Client management: Take the client and internal briefs and produce Social Media plans that meet or exceed the objectives. Engage in daily communication with clients and internal client service teams to ensure all briefs and deadlines are met effectively on time and to spec. Participate in face-to-face and online meetings with new and existing clients and take the lead in presenting social media propositions. Run Social Media workshops for clients, both face-to-face and online.
  • Planning and strategy: Responsible for the planning of organic and paid Social Media campaigns and projects across multiple platforms.
  • Activation: Set up, manage, and optimise different types of paid Social Media campaigns. Approving creative. Management and scheduling of content.
  • Campaign management and delivery: Manage costs incurred and revenue generated from Social Media platforms. Suggest and implement new ideas, improvements and optimizations to existing campaigns and projects to improve performance. Problem-solve, taking the lead in proposing solutions to any campaign issues that may arise, communicating your recommendations back to the internal team.
  • Reporting: Track, measure, analyse, and report on the performance of Social Media campaigns and projects regularly. Share results, insights, and recommendations internally and with clients.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing Social Media campaigns and projects, preferably agency side and within the B2B space
  • Strong platform knowledge and experience using various Social Media platforms in a professional capacity
  • Experience in planning and implementation of organic and paid Social Media campaigns
  • Experience in running paid Social Media campaigns which include planning, set up, optimisations, budget management, and reporting against KPIs
  • Ability to write Social Media posts and alter the tone and style depending on the target audience
  • Experience in Social Media measurement and performance metrics
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Very good communication and project management skills and ability to present with confidence
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple workstreams and escalate where necessary
  • Calm and consistent under pressure

  • Experience in other areas of Paid Media is a bonus
  • Experience and exposure within other areas of Paid Media is a bonus
  • Strong platform knowledge and experience using various Social Media platforms in a professional capacity
