Job Summary

Lead the social content engine for health and wellness clients by owning the content lifecycle from strategy to reporting, with a focus on high reach, engagement, and brand consistency across LinkedIn, Instagram, and email campaigns.

Content Strategy & Planning: Own quarterly calendars and align with client goals to drive growth.
Client Leadership & Review: Steer calls and quarterly reviews, translating data into action.
Production & Reporting: Oversee shoots, edits, captions, graphics, and KPI-driven client reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop quarterly content strategies aligned with client business goals
Lead client calls and quarterly business reviews with confidence
Plan and report on paid ad activity - creating assets and briefs (running the ads is not required)
Create high-reaching, high-engagement social media content
Ideate, plan and oversee content shoots for your client roster (all kit provided)
Edit reels and video content using CapCut
Write compelling captions and copy across platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
Design graphics and visual content using Canva
Write and manage email marketing campaigns
Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all client accounts

Requirements

Proven experience in content strategy, planning, creation and reporting
Experience managing high-performing social media channels, with a strong understanding of what drives reach and engagement
Strong proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and Instagram
Strong copywriting skills
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
A creative, design-led eye for content that performs
Confidence leading client meetings and presentations
A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership, and is comfortable working independently
Natural leadership qualities with a collaborative, supportive approach
Forward-thinking, and genuinely excited by client success and brand growth
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for client content shoots is preferred (mileage paid)
A strong interest in the health and wellness space is desirable
