Job Summary

Own and drive international marketing campaigns for overseas study tours and global learning programmes, tailoring content and channels to Asia-Pacific audiences while coordinating partner communications and programme delivery, with ongoing performance monitoring and reporting to the Director.

  • Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across websites, social, and email.
  • Align messaging with regional digital practices and partner needs.
  • Support market research and reporting to identify growth opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for overseas study tours, academic visits and international learning programmes.
  • Create audience-appropriate content for the Company’s website, social media channels, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
  • Manage marketing calendars and coordinate the production of promotional materials, presentations and partner-facing content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic and audience engagement, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for the Director.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer trends and growth opportunities, particularly across Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Adapt campaign messaging and channel selection to reflect regional digital-platform usage, communication practices and consumer behaviour.
  • Liaise with universities, educational institutions, education agencies, suppliers and other international partners regarding marketing activities and programme information.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with programme schedules to ensure that promotional information and delivery arrangements remain accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare proposals, campaign summaries, partner communications and commercial reports for internal and external use.
  • Maintain organised records of campaigns and partner engagement, and support responses to programme-related enquiries arising from marketing activities.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business, international education, travel or a related field.
  • Relevant practical experience in digital marketing, campaign delivery, content development or international market engagement.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools and interpreting campaign, audience or customer engagement data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear marketing content, reports, proposals and partner communications.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholder communications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently within a small team and collaborate effectively with international partners and service providers.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred

  • Experience in international education, education travel, study tours or a related service sector.
  • Practical knowledge of Asia-Pacific markets, including relevant digital platforms, consumer behaviour or partner-engagement practices.
  • Experience working with universities, education agencies, international suppliers or other cross-border partners.
  • Experience coordinating marketing activities alongside international programme or project delivery.
  • Proficiency in an additional language used in the Company’s target markets.
