- Own end to end content strategy across channels with storytelling that drives engagement.

- Collaborate with founders and franchise partners to elevate quality across channels.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Owning all TMC social channels day-to-day (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Creating content that is entertaining, relevant, shareable, and rooted in strong storytelling.
- Designing social assets (graphics, simple motion, story assets) that feel on-brand and elevated.
- Building and growing an engaged community through comments, DMs and interaction
- Driving engagement, growth and memberships through social
- Implementing our tone of voice creatively and consistently across all platforms
- Planning and executing content across a clear content calendar.
- Staying ahead of trends and translating them in a way that feels right for TMC.
- Monitoring performance, analysing results, and optimising content accordingly
- Supporting and shaping founder-led content across personal and brand channels
