Responsibilities

• Own and grow our LinkedIn presence, building follower numbers and engagement among a professional finance, treasury, and corporate audience.
• Plan and run a consistent content calendar, working closely with the team to turn FX insights, market commentary, and company news into posts that land.
• Write and edit sharp, confident copy that holds to our house style.
• Track performance week on week, report on growth, and refine the approach based on what the numbers tell you.
• Spot opportunities to grow reach, test new formats, and keep us ahead of the conversation.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing a LinkedIn following and engagement, ideally for a B2B or financial services brand, with the figures to back it up.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a confident professional voice and an eye for clarity.
• A solid grasp of FX, payments, or financial markets, or the appetite to learn quickly.
• Confidence with analytics and a habit of using data to guide decisions.
• A self-starter who can take full ownership of the channel and run with it.

Preferred

• Experience with SEO and content distribution.
• Familiarity with design tools for simple graphics and visuals.
• A background or genuine interest in finance and markets.
