Job Summary

Own and scale social content for a British home fragrance brand by leading platform strategy, content creation, and community building with clear business impact.

Own social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including Reels, carousels, Stories, and product demos.
Execute and iterate with in-house shoots, captions, and community replies to drive conversion and engagement.
Collaborate with creators and manage partnerships to fuel launches and seasonal moments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and own our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook strategy, aligned to our brand, products and commercial goals
Create a mix of Reels, carousels, Stories, product demos, lifestyle content and behind-the-scenes posts
Be happy to be in front of the camera as well as behind it
Plan and run photoshoots, including styling and art direction
Write captions that feel on-brand, natural and actually convert
Use Canva and other tools to produce strong visual content
Adapt content across platforms intelligently, not just duplicate posts
Track performance and translate it into clear recommendations
Respond to comments and messages in a way that builds real community
Source and repurpose user-generated content with proper permissions

Requirements

5+ years in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally in FMCG, beauty, fragrance, home or wellness
A genuine content creator, someone who can shoot, edit and post Reels without waiting to be asked
Confident copywriter with a natural, engaging tone to write social media captions for a wide demographic
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite is beneficial
Self-starter. You take direction well, but you don’t need hand-holding
A team player in the true sense, not just on paper. This is a small, collaborative company and everyone helps solve problems
Familiarity with Klaviyo or a similar email platform is a nice bonus.
