Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish compelling social media content (videos, graphics, stories, reels) that highlights company projects, services, and brand values.
• Capture on-site footage and photographs at roofing, scaffolding, and construction sites.
• Operate drones safely to capture aerial content for promotional and project documentation purposes.
• Develop creative narratives aligned with public relations principles tailored to multiple audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan, schedule, and execute content campaigns.
• Analyse engagement and performance metrics from social media, Google Analytics, and advertising campaigns to optimise content strategy.
• Promote the company brand across digital channels, enhancing visibility and engagement.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media tools, and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including images, videos, and written posts for multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management across diverse platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Valid driving license
• Comfortable working on-site in roofing and scaffolding environments
• Regular travel to roofing and scaffolding sites; occasional flying of drones
• Experience with Google Analytics, website metrics, social media analytics (to guide content strategy)
• Willingness to travel to various sites
• Able to operate drones safely (aerial content)

Preferred

• Drone operation experience is a plus
• Experience in content creation using graphic design or video editing tools is desirable but not essential
