Job Summary

Own social content and brand voice for social channels, ensuring content creation, timely engagement, and campaign support while measuring impact and supporting PR efforts to lift brand visibility.

  • Content & Community: Create, schedule, and monitor social posts to drive engagement and reach.
  • Campaign & PR Support: Develop campaigns and collaborate on PR to protect and grow brand reputation.
  • Measurement & Events: Track performance metrics and help organize online events to boost awareness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Help track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure engagement and reach.
  • Contribute to the organisation of online events or campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Support in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation.

Preferred

  • Prior experience related to social media management or public relations is advantageous but not essential.
