Own social content and audience engagement with a focus on content creation, community management, and data-driven tweaks to campaigns.

  • Community & Engagement: Monitor channels, respond to comments, and nurture follower relationships.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track metrics and translate insights into sharper social strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Create engaging content including posts, images, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities
  • Support in managing online community interactions to foster positive relationships with followers
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Support public relations initiatives by helping coordinate online campaigns and outreach activities
  • Stay updated on current social media trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches
