Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal activity.
  • Create high-quality, engaging and on brand content, with a strong focus on video-first formats including Reels, TikToks, Stories and promotional video content.
  • Write engaging copy for posts, captions and stories.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and business priorities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates and content formats.
  • Generate imagery and video content using internal AI tools where appropriate.
  • Develop creative content ideas to support marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal activity.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to deliver engaging and effective social content.
  • Support company brand shoots and identify opportunities to create social-first content.
  • Coordinate and deliver ad-hoc social content shoots where required.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth and conversions.
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Test new content formats and approaches to support audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Research and evaluate potential influencer partnerships aligned with brand values.
  • Coordinate influencer activity and monitor campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of influencer partnerships and activity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a social media, content creation or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation, particularly short-form video.
  • Experience managing multiple social media channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Confident engaging with online communities and the general public.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively.
  • The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience: Social media marketing: 3 years (required)

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI content creation tools would be advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in home interiors and lifestyle brands would be beneficial.
