Job Summary

Own social visual storytelling and asset production for corporate stories and employer branding, turning messages into reusable templates and on-brand formats.

  • Content Ownership: Create on-brand social assets and reusable templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Design & Publish: Turn ESG updates and leadership notes into visuals, draft captions, schedule and QA posts.
  • Performance & Collaboration: Track reach, engagement and format performance; coordinate with Digital, Corporate Communications, HR, Sustainability and regional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content planning, graphic design and creation
  • Design high-quality, on-brand social assets, including static graphics, carousels, simple infographics, quote tiles, thumbnails and short-form video assets.
  • Use Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools to create polished, publish-ready content that follows brand templates and design guidelines.
  • Turn corporate stories, ESG updates, innovation content, employer brand activity and leadership messages into clear, engaging social-first visuals.
  • Develop reusable templates and content series that markets can adapt while staying on brand.
  • Draft clear social copy that supports the visual asset and reflects the group tone of voice.
  • Repurpose press releases, case studies, blogs and internal stories into design-led social formats.
  • Schedule, publish and quality-check posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other agreed platforms.
  • Check image crops, thumbnails, captions, links and platform-specific formatting before posts go live.
  • Monitor comments, messages and mentions, flagging issues and responding where appropriate.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure posts are delivered on time.
  • Review competitor and social trends, bringing forward ideas for visual formats, design treatments and content series to test.
  • Work with the Digital Team, Corporate Communications, HR, Sustainability and regional marketing teams to source stories, imagery, footage and creative inputs.
  • Support paid and organic campaigns by designing, resizing and adapting social assets so they are on-brief and ready for activation.
  • Help maintain and improve social media guidelines, design templates and best-practice playbooks.
  • Manage drafts, feedback and version control through the approvals process.
  • Track performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, followers and video views.
  • Identify which creative formats, thumbnails, layouts and content series perform best.
  • Run simple A/B-style tests where possible, such as different thumbnails, hooks, layouts, copy or formats.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in social media, content, digital marketing or a similar role with a strong visual content creation focus.
  • A portfolio or examples of social-first design work, such as graphics, carousels, thumbnails, simple infographics or short-form video assets.
  • Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools to create polished, on-brand assets for LinkedIn, Instagram and/or YouTube.
  • Good understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, image selection, accessibility and adapting assets for different social formats.
  • Ability to take a brief and turn it into a clear, engaging visual concept with minimal rework.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
  • Comfortable using basic social analytics to understand which content and creative formats perform best.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple creative tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience creating design-led content for B2B, corporate communications, employer branding, sustainability or thought leadership.
  • Basic video editing, motion graphics, animation, image retouching, captioning or thumbnail design experience.
  • Experience creating or improving social media templates, content series, playbooks or visual guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr, HubSpot or similar social platforms.
  • Interest in testing and improving visual formats, hooks, thumbnails, layouts and creative approaches.
  • Candidates should be prepared to share examples of previous social media design work or a small portfolio showing graphics, carousels, thumbnails, simple video assets or campaign visuals.

Preferred

  • Experience creating design-led content for B2B, corporate communications, employer branding, sustainability or thought leadership.
  • Basic video editing, motion graphics, animation, image retouching, captioning or thumbnail design experience.
  • Experience creating or improving social media templates, content series, playbooks or visual guidelines.
