Job Summary

Own and grow a compelling social narrative by turning real patient stories and lifestyle moments into brand-aligned content across major platforms, while driving awareness and ethical engagement through performance-driven iteration.

  • Content & storytelling: Convert testimonials, lifestyle posts, and bold CTAs into authentic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Community & performance: Monitor trends and metrics to sharpen strategy and engagement with the audience.
  • Paid & partnerships: Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations to extend reach and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be at the heart of our social media presence—developing, managing and delivering engaging content across all platforms. With a focus on real patient stories, lifestyle benefits, and bold calls to action, you’ll help drive awareness and encourage people to take the first step towards life without glasses or contact lenses.
  • Plan and create compelling, brand-aligned social media content
  • Engage with our growing community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X
  • Amplify the voices of happy patients through testimonials, video snippets and lifestyle-focused posts
  • Monitor trends, performance metrics and engagement to refine strategy
  • Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Promote our services in a way that’s informative, ethical and emotionally impactful

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and performance analytics
  • Creativity, curiosity and confidence in creating both visual and written content
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • An interest in health, wellbeing, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Experience in a similar digital or social media role is desirable
