Job Summary

Own the social content engine across multiple hospitality brands, turning venue moments into engaging content and measurable footfall while collaborating with venue teams and marketing to drive awareness and community growth.

  • Content creation and social strategy across platforms to grow audience and visits.
  • Collaborate with venue managers, chefs, bars, and events to surface authentic brand voices.
  • Track engagement and follower growth and translate into actionable optimizations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our social media channels, developing content strategies that drive engagement, build communities, and increase footfall across our venues.
  • Working closely with venue managers, chefs, bar teams, and the wider marketing team, you'll bring each brand to life through engaging photography, video, storytelling and social campaigns.
  • Content Creation
  • Capture high-quality photography and videography across our venues
  • Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and short-form video content
  • Showcase food, drinks, events, team personalities and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Develop content that reflects the unique personality of each venue
  • Support seasonal campaigns, new launches, promotions and events
  • Turn everyday hospitality moments into compelling content
  • Social Media Management

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in social media marketing
  • Strong content creation skills including photography and videography
  • Hospitality experience (pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels or events)
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts
  • Confidence creating content both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and events when required

Preferred

  • Experience within hospitality, food & beverage brands
  • Knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, wine or speciality drinks
  • Paid social media advertising experience
  • Graphic design skills
  • Influencer or partnership campaign experience
