Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content and narrative for two brands, from strategy to execution across LinkedIn, Instagram and video, ensuring on-brand voice, visual support, and timely storytelling.

  • Own end-to-end content creation across multiple voices and formats.
  • Direct and edit short-form video, carousels and graphics within brand guidelines.
  • Align with brand positioning while reviewing what resonates and iterating.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Producing content across a mix of founder and company accounts, on LinkedIn primarily, alongside Instagram and short-form video.
  • Writing: In several distinct voices, and keeping them distinct. Some of it is the business talking. A lot of it is named individuals, which is a harder and more interesting problem.
  • Brand and tone of voice: We have positioning, brand guidance and a clear articulation of how we think and how we talk, already written down. You'd work inside it, apply it consistently across two brands and several individuals, and improve it as you go. Recognising when something is off-brand before anyone else notices is a core part of this job.
  • Design: Carousels, static graphics, thumbnails, anything visual that supports the writing. This isn't a graphic design role and you won't be building a visual identity from scratch, but you do need real competence and taste working inside brand guidelines. Canva, Figma or Adobe, whatever you're fastest in.
  • Video: Short-form vertical, edited properly. You'd direct what gets filmed, be in the room or on the call when it's filmed, and cut it yourself.
  • Judgement: Deciding what's worth saying this week and what isn't. Spotting when something that happened in the business is actually a story worth telling.
  • How the role works: You'd own this area end to end and make the work yourself. There's no agency to brief and no production team to hand things to, which is deliberate: we think content is better when the person with the ideas is the same person who executes them.
  • We'd start collaboratively. Early on we'll review things closely, talk through what worked and what didn't, and you'll be learning two brands and several individual voices at once. We'd expect that to change fairly quickly.
  • The destination is a person who genuinely understands how we think, publishes with a light touch of oversight, and tells us what we should be doing rather than waiting to be asked.
  • That's the job we're actually hiring for. The first few months are just how you get there

Requirements

  • Enough experience that you've developed instincts rather than just process.
  • A genuinely strong writer.
  • Ideally B2B or professional services background.
  • Confident with video end to end, from directing what's shot to cutting it.
  • Comfortable in a small business rather than a marketing department.
  • You have a view.

Benefits

  • 🌳 Tailored personal development plan, to help you grow
  • ✈️ 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • 🎂 Birthday day off - celebrate another year older and wiser however you like!
  • 🎄 Office closed between Christmas and New Year
  • 💝 Monthly Juno wellbeing credits to spend your way
  • 🥂 Monthly socials with the team
