Responsibilities

• Create daily video content (TikTok, Reels, Stories) showcasing our cars, services, team culture, and promotions
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos with a quick turnaround
• Manage all RB Automotive social media accounts (TikTok, intsagram and facebook
• Develop and execute content strategies to boost engagement and followers
• Stay on top of automotive and social media trends to create viral content
• Work with the wider marketing team to plan campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Analyze and report on content performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
• Support general marketing activities including email newsletters, promotions, and basic graphic design when needed

Requirements

• Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
• English (required)
• United Kingdom work authorisation (required)

Preferred

• Knowledge of cars/automotive industry is a bonus but not essential
• Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
• Creative mind with a passion for storytelling and branding
• Flexible and adaptable — willing to jump into new projects and content trends quickly
