Job Summary

Own community engagement and social channels for a pre launch wellness brand focused on peri menopause and menopause, driving authentic conversations and audience insights that steer messaging and content decisions.

  • Community Engagement: Build an authentic presence in key menopause and peri menopause communities.
  • Social Media Management: Manage channels, create posts, craft captions, and maintain the content calendar.
  • Listening & Reporting: Monitor performance and surface weekly audience trends to inform content and strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Build an authentic presence in key menopause and peri-menopause communities. Join relevant conversations, answer questions, and surface audience insights.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Zourra's channels. Create posts, write captions, engage with the community, and maintain the content calendar.
  • Listening & Reporting: Monitor content and community performance, identify trends, and share weekly insights on what the audience is responding to.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in social media, community, or content roles and ideally DTC, wellness, beauty, or women's health
  • Strong writer in a warm, credible, non-salesy voice
  • Comfortable producing short-form content end-to-end (shoot, edit, caption, post) using tools like CapCut, Canva, and native platform editors
  • Experienced running Instagram and TikTok for a brand
  • Genuinely engaged in community spaces — knows how Facebook groups and Reddit work, and what gets you welcomed vs. removed

Preferred

  • Personal interest or lived experience in women's health, peri-menopause, or menopause
  • Experience with UGC coordination or working with creators
  • Pre-launch or early-stage startup experience
