Job Summary
Build a partnerships pipeline by identifying athletes and fitness influencers, initiating outreach across social channels, and booking founder intro calls to expand the Icon creator network.
- Identify and engage target creators to fuel partnerships
- Manage outreach and lead tracking to move opportunities forward
- Grow the creator network by facilitating intros and relationship-building

Responsibilities
- Identify athletes and fitness influencers
- Start conversations via Instagram, TikTok and email
- Book intro calls for the founder
- Track leads and partnerships
- Help grow the Icon creator network
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong Communication skills, especially in conveying brand voice
- Ability to analyse social media performance metrics and suggest optimizations
