Job Summary

Own and optimise TikTok Shop’s commercial equation from P&L to content performance, coordinating storefront ops, sourcing creators, and affiliate management.

  • Own P&L and budget allocation for TikTok Shop.
  • Define affiliate commissions and promos while protecting margins.
  • Lead creative sourcing and influencer partnerships to drive conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • P&L management: Set-up and optimise total TikTok Shop financials, balancing gross sales against ad spend, sample costs, and affiliate payouts.
  • Commercial variables: Set and adjust tier-based affiliate commission rates and in-app promotional discounts to protect product margins.
  • Storefront operations: Set-up and manage the TikTok Shop Seller Center, including inventory forecasting, custom product bundling, and the promotional calendar.
  • PDPs: Work with in-house creative on mobile-first image carousels, variant options, and embedded shoppable videos to maximise conversion.
  • Logistics & shop health: Partner with warehouse teams to meet TikTok’s dispatch and shipping SLAs.
  • Sourcing: Identify, outreach to, and onboard creators with high-converting audience data.
  • Creative direction: Brief creators with native frameworks, defining the exact visual hooks, pain points, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that drive sales.
  • The feedback loop: Analyse creator content performance and provide data-led feedback to iterate on their style.
  • Affiliate management: Turn top-performing affiliates into long-term brand advocates
  • Whitelisting & spark ads: Monitor affiliate and organic video metrics in real-time. Secure creator authorisation codes for winning content and deploy paid ad spend behind them.

Requirements

  • Direct knowledge of the TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate network plans and shop compliance metrics.
  • Experience managing a digital retail budget or channel P&L, with a clear understanding of margins, platform fees, and marketing cost structures.
  • Experience running Spark Ads, scaling paid spend behind UGC, and managing creator content codes.
  • Background in sourcing creators, managing product sample logistics, and coaching talent to optimise creative hooks for direct sales.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and agency management experience.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
