Job Summary

Own shopper activation and digital marketing programs across retailers and e‑commerce, coordinating with Commercial, Category, Brand, and agency partners to drive measurable ROIC and impactful shopper experiences.

  • Own shopper activation campaigns across retailers and e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Monitor performance, optimize ROIC with data-driven insights, and stay ahead of trends in shopper marketing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead shopper activation campaigns across key retail customers
  • Deliver engaging retailer and digital marketing activations
  • Drive digital shelf excellence across e-commerce platforms
  • Support new product launches through impactful campaigns
  • Track campaign and digital performance to optimize ROIC
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Category, Brand, and agency partners
  • Create engaging digital and shopper content across multiple channels
  • Stay ahead of shopper, retail, and digital marketing trends

Requirements

  • Experience in shopper marketing, activation, or digital marketing within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of retailer activation and shopper behaviour
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital and retail channels
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience working with agencies and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for digital trends, shopper engagement, and brand building
  • Experience using digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, or similar platforms

Preferred

  • Knowledge of ECRM/CRM tools such as Klaviyo or WordPress would be beneficial
